James Roberts CONVICTED UAF THUG and anti democratic idiot.
It seems that the UAF have got their knickers in a bit of a twist over the recent conviction of UAF McFadden lackey, James Roberts of Jubille drive, Kensington. The trouble with the UAF along with Roberts is that they think they are above the law of the land.
Taking a look at the video above its evident for everyone to see that this idiot with a dress sense straight out of the Steve Radford school of fashion has no respect of law, as well as of the police who he quite clearly is insulting to.
Merseyside BNP welcome this guilty conviction for the major public order offence on April 23rd 2009 committed by James Roberts. However this was only the first half that you see on the video, the second half perpetrated by him and his UAF goons happened a little while later, in a cowardly attack by the UAF on BNP OAP men and women up at St John's gardens, with their Communist Stalin worshiping hero Alec McFadden in tow.
Alec McFadden recently admitted to Roger Phillips whilst live on radio Merseyside that he had the stolen BNP membership list on his home computer (this was illegal). He was then going to use the list to pressurise their employers in exposing the BNP employees about their BNP membership. This was a clear admission by McFadden to breaching the data protection act ( an imprisonable offence). Now that James Roberts is a "convicted" and in our opinion quite clearly an "unbalanced individual" member of society, we feel in the interest of public safety this may be an avenue which may be open to us in the future.
Certainly a teaching career would be out of the question for Roberts looking at the video with such a volatile temper and such a propensity for violence and disrespect for law and order. It would be our public duty that being the case to "bring to attention his conviction" to future employers should they be thinking of employing him.
On reflection in the world of Roberts, he may start to realise his moments of madness are going to cost him dearly for carrying out orders on behalf of others.

New Gypsy police coming soon to your town..Yippee
Senior officers are so concerned about hitting the new quotas they have been inviting young travellers (Gypsies) to their training colleges. But while gypsy and traveller groups gave a “wholehearted welcome” to the plan, political campaigners last night condemned the scheme as “utter nonsense”.
COMMENT
What can I say.. Would I feel safe letting these people into my house? I don't think so. This is almost as mad as flying the gay pride flag from the top of police stations and Al-Qaeda sympathisers working in the police force.

Two more Muslims Jailed from the Muslim terrorist conveyor belt.
At this rate we are going to have to build two new prisons a year the rate that Muslim terrorists are getting sentenced in this country. British born Muslim fanatics are turning faster to terrorism than greedy bankers are running off with hard earned money of British savers.
Rangzieb Ahmed was told that he would have to serve a minimum of 10 years behind bars.The 33-year-old headed a three-man al Qaeda cell which was preparing to commit mass murder, Manchester Crown Court heard.The Rochdale-born Muslim was also found guilty of al Qaeda membership, along with his associate, Manchester taxi driver Habib Ahmed.
Manchester Police will probably announce now that they will be working closer with the Muslim community to try and combat terrorism and that millions will be pumped into the community just for the sake of it. I believe that all connected family to these convicted Islamic filth should be deported. The connected families must know what's going on and because of this they are just as guilty. Of course the benefit systems are not as generous in the desert wastelands of the Middle East, so while we get murdered by them, they still get paid by us. Pathetic eh?

However Merseyside Police are still at their games of harassing and intimidating the party but failing. They have today been at a BNP meeting in St Helens, although they didn't affect the meeting in any way they made sure we were aware of their presence.
This is absurd that they are doing this and is simply state funded harassment of a legal political party. Instead of arresting muggers, drug dealers, murderers and paedophiles they are harassing decent law abiding citizens supporting a political party.

LIVERPOOL BNP CLAIM RACISM ARREST IS POLITICALLY MOTIVATED
Thirteen members of the British National Party were released on bail form various police stations in Liverpool at around 01:30 am this morning. The 13 men were arrested by Merseyside Police in Liverpool city centre under Section 19 Public Order Act for allegedly handing out material with the intention of stirring up racial hatred. This arrest comes just 24 hours after a member of Merseyside Police was suspended from duties for allegedly being a member of the British National Party because his name appeared on the leaked Party’s membership list that went out on the internet last week.
Speaking today, Pete Molloy, 38, Liverpool, who is the British National Party’s candidate for the Belle Vale ward in the city and one of those arrested said, “The arrests made by Merseyside Police were politically motivated by our anti-democratic New Labour Government because they are running scared that ordinary British folk are turning towards the British National Party, which is opposite to what our Government is trying to make the general public believe with their lies.”
The brochure in question is the British National Party’s report entitled “Racism Cuts Both Ways – The Scandal of Our Age” where it confirms that the white indigenous British people also suffer from racism. This is an issue that this New Labour Government is trying to sweep under the carpet.
Pete Molloy added “There is nothing at all racist in our brochure and all we were doing was letting the good people of Liverpool, irrespective of their racial origin, know that white people also suffer from racism. If it is accepted for non-white people to produce literature highlighting they are victims of racism then surely it as to be accepted that white people can produce literature. No-one should suffer from racial violence.
The Government have come to the wrong city and picked on the wrong people if they think we are going to just roll over and walk away. Churchill sent the Royal Navy to the mouth of the Mersey estuary with their guns trained on the people of Liverpool, Thatcher tried to squash the people of Liverpool and failed. This New Labour Government is no better and we will not be defeated.”
All 13 members were bailed to return to St. Anne’s police station on February 17th to see if charges will be brought.

Campaigners arrested in Liverpool?
We are hearing that Merseyside police have arrested and disrupted legal campaigners in the city centre. 'Indymedia' a site which is very left wing and have been known to post militant anti-BNP information and lies has reported this:

Now you may ask why we find this of interest? Well not so long ago you may remember that Liverpool British National Party were giving leaflets out in the city centre only to be stopped by ARMED POLICE. The lefties and communist vermin were quick to accuse us of lying and saying that we deserved it, however now that it has happened to them they are crying 'OUTRAGE' & 'FURY'.
Now we as a party of Democracy and Freedom of speech strongly believe in the peoples right to express their opinion and for people to receive different opinions and views. So we believe that any restrictions on this is wrong and should be condemned.
However we would be interested to know what the 10 different groups were that had been campaigning in Liverpool.
Also for Merseyside police we would like to state this little bit of information to you:
"Political organisation do not require local authority consent to sell or distribute literature on the streets.
The convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms Article 10.
1. Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinion and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority regardless of frontiers."

Paedophile probe PC downloaded child pornography!
A POLICE officer praised by a Government minister was caught downloading child pornography after working on an investigation to catch paedophiles.
Former Acting Sgt Marc Mitchell was commended by Communities and Local Government minister Hazel Blears for helping to improve neighbourhoods in north Liverpool.
Bosses at Merseyside police even applauded his “excellent investigation skills and resilience” while working on a child pornography inquiry in 2005.
But Liverpool crown court heard months later Mitchell himself fell under suspicion.
Following his arrest, more than 120 obscene images of children – including 38 from the two most severe categories – were found on his computer.

Councils’ ‘snoopers charter’ under attack
HUNDREDS of people across Merseyside have been under surveillance by local authorities using powers under so-called “terror laws”, according to details released under the Freedom of Information Act.
The use of the laws by local councils and organisations was last night described as a “snoopers charter” by the campaign group, Liberty, who said it was “self-authorisation by over-zealous bureaucrats”, and called for the law to be changed.
COMMENT
Well this is a case of give them an inch and they'll take a mile. The government recently warned councils not to revert (as if they have done things differently anyway) to these draconian tactics. Put the council into the same pot as the police and you would not be able to tell the difference. There is no way the council's are going to give up this avenue to investigate people, in fact my bet is its going to get a whole lot worse, hey the tax payers pay for this abuse of procedure as well.

Cocaine shame of city policeman
A MERSEYSIDE police constable has quit the force after testing positive for cocaine.PC Paul Draper resigned after collapsing at a party thrown at his Garston home.
Draper, 28, was taken to hospital by ambulance after taking the class A drug.Friends called paramedics after he started having a fit.
When doctors discharged him last Tuesday he was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled drug.Draper, who comes from a police family, handed in his resignation within days.

Dear oh dear. A week ago it was kerb crawling cops and now this, cocaine cops. Does anyone know if police are routinely drug tested?, if not they should be. The police are getting so morally corrupt I'm starting to think it may be a good idea to tag the lot of them.

Disgraced sergeant sacked over sex shame
A MERSEYSIDE police sergeant has been sacked in disgrace after he visited prostitutes while on duty.
Karl Cliff, 42, an officer with 17 years’ service, was dismissed at a disciplinary panel last week after avoiding a prison sentence at a court hearing.
He had been suspended since the allegations came to light a year ago.
Cliff was caught by suspicious colleagues only months after transferring to Merseyside from Greater Manchester police.
COMMENT
As a normal member of the public I am very disappointed at the leniency which was shown to this sergeant. He ignored a 999 call made by the public to satisfy his own sexual needs. For too long the police if convicted of crimes get off too easy mainly because they are the police. In my opinion the police should be given penalties more severe as they are supposed to be protecting the public not abusing their trust. This burglary call he ignored for example, what if the householder or the end result of the burglary had resulted in a death?..Would the officer still have received community service?

Muslim Gun runner convicted!
THIS Liverpool shop worker’s gang supplied deadly “assassin kits” to gun-toting criminals across the country.
Kaleem Akhtar was part of a ruthless seven-strong gang involved in the largest sale network of firearms in the UK.
The 29-year-old, who worked at clothes shop Storm in St John’s shopping centre, was caught after police watched the gang supplying Russian Baikal self-loading pistols.
They were initially manufactured to fire CS gas but are thought to have been converted in Lithuania to fire 9mm bullets.
Akhtar was found guilty of conspiracy to possess firearms and ammunition with intent to endanger life on Thursday.

This guy should be dished a good serving of capital punishment, how dare he come here and start importing guns which will be used to kill and harm people which will then be a drain on our health service and police. I hope he is also deported back to the desert he comes from, but I don't think that will happen with the bunch of useless no good for nothings in power.

The dangers we all face when police are too terrified to think for themselves
This has been a difficult week for West Midlands police. It is rare for public servants to be sued for libel, and the High Court apology the force gave to Channel 4 and the Dispatches programme was both humiliating and unprecedented.
For all its unique features, however, this case is symptomatic of a broader set of failings: a loss of nerve, a warped sense of priorities and, in particular, a culture of weak-minded politicisation that should concern us all. Undercover Mosque, the edition of Dispatches at the heart of the legal case, made disturbing viewing.
Broadcast in January last year, it showed clerics at mainstream mosques making extreme and inflammatory statements, advocating the murder of homosexuals, for example, and praising the killer of a British soldier in Afghanistan. Yet, instead of lauding the programme makers for their careful and enterprising work, West Midlands police said Channel 4 should be prosecuted for stirring up racial hatred.

It really brought home the mindset of the people from the cult of the dead paedophile. The Islamic preachers and the programme's content advocated violence and murder so the police decided to take action against the programme makers Channel four, incredible!!.
Islam is indeed a vicious, wicked faith, the police should start earning their wages and start rounding up and charging the Islamic preachers who preach murder and hatred from these mosques on a daily basis. Police Vandalism Crime Spin
Police officers are being ordered not to record criminal damage as crime.
A leaked memo has revealed that rank-and-file officers in the Norfolk force have been told that incidents such as car vandalism should not be classed as an offence when there is "no idea how it happened".
The disclosure brought accusations last night that the force is trying to massage crime figures by ignoring acts of vandalism.

If all the windows at the local police station got smashed (heaven forbid), would this constitute a crime to these officials of the law?

A leaked memo has revealed that rank-and-file officers in the Norfolk force have been told that incidents such as car vandalism should not be classed as an offence when there is "no idea how it happened".
The disclosure brought accusations last night that the force is trying to massage crime figures by ignoring acts of vandalism.

If all the windows at the local police station got smashed (heaven forbid), would this constitute a crime to these officials of the law?

Police pay penalty for drink-driving offences
A DOZEN Merseyside and Cheshire police officers were caught flaunting the drink-drive alcohol limit in the past three years, a Daily Post investigation has found.All but one of them turned in their badges either ahead of disciplinary hearings or were asked to by misconduct investigators.
The figures were last night described as “shocking” by a drivers’ lobby group.

Just a tip of the iceberg I should imagine. Along with the politicians where it's estimated that approx 80 MP's have been done for drink driving it seems like its a private boozers school for the lot of them.

Street Lamp bugs to pinpoint gun gangs
POLICE want to hide microphones on city lampposts to beat gun gangs.The hi-tech listening devices are so sophisticated they pinpoint the location of a shot to within 25 feet.They immediately trigger an alarm in the police control room. The bugs are fine-tuned so they can distinguish between a real shot and a car backfiring or a firework.
They are set up to listen only for gunshots and cannot be used to eavesdrop on conversations.Some 24 microphones will cover a square mile.
COMMENT
Well I don't quite know what to make of this. Can we honestly believe that these "microphones" will not pick up audible conversations. Next we will be having little pin hole cameras coming out of street drains. Roll on bonfire night, the police are going to have a busy night aren't they. Welcome to the Labour Party twenty first century fascist "spying" police state.

Merseyside police chief defends use of cautions
MERSEYSIDE’S Chief Constable said the use of cautions in Merseyside is the lowest in the country last night.Bernard Hogan-Howe was talking in response to a the Daily Post report yesterday which revealed cautions had been used for offences including GBH, sexual assault on a male under 13 and burglary in the region.
But Mr Hogan-Howe said the use of cautions was an effective deterrent and reduces reoffending.He said: “The caution rate in Merseyside is relatively low, in fact it is the lowest in the country.

What a crock of crap. I must apologise to the readers about my cheap use of words but obviously Alistair Campbell, Tony Blair's old spin doctor must be in Merseyside Polices employ. Its very simple really, If anyone commits a crime charge them. What is the point of the tax payers on Merseyside paying the extortionate rates of Council tax towards policing costs if the police are simply not up to the job.
Its also being reported today that the Government are offering foreign prisoners £3,000 in bribes to leave the country when their sentence is up, who says that crime doesn't pay. Kick them out with not a single penny paid to them, that's what I say.

Hundreds of serious crimes dismissed with a caution
CRIMINALS suspected of serious crimes including sex offences, hard drugs possession, life-threatening attacks, conspiracy to murder and kidnapping are being let off with police cautions. According to Merseyside Police, 204 people suspected of possession of weapons were given just a caution, as were five accused of threats and conspiracy to murder, 23 for wounding, 16 for grievous bodily harm and 590 for actual bodily harm.

The only comment I would like to make to all our readers of the Merseyside BNP blog is please refer to the blog post on the 25th January 2008. One day I hope the voters of this fine city wake up and smell the coffee. Spin, lies, doctoring the figures is now endemic. Shame on Merseyside police.

Jacqui Smith calls Chief constables on immigrant crimewave
The week before last we were reading headlines in the Liverpool Echo about crime dropping to its lowest point since 2003 in Merseyside. All this ahem ahem over a three month period July to September 2007 which shows 7,029 fewer crimes than the same time in 2006. To me this report was poppycock for want of a better word.
All of a sudden our kebab munching Home Secretary Jacqui Smith seems so concerned about recent "crimewave comments" from various police chief constables, she has found it necessary to summon 43 of them because of an immigrant crimewave. I am not suggesting that all crime is down to immigrants because its not. What is clear is that an ever increasing percentage of crime also unreported crime is down to immigrants.
Common sense must tell us that over the next five to ten years with a Conservative estimate of another 3.5 million immigrants (5 to 6 million more likely) that life will become intolerable in this country. Neither Labour, the Conservatives, the Lib Dems have the policies or the know how to solve this problem.
The British National Party will close the door to immigrants full stop. More funds and financing can then be diverted to the police to tackle this immigrant crimewave, something Jacqui Smith or the other political parties will not do.
