FLOATING communities are the next big development opportunity – and Liverpool will get a glimpse of their potential this week.Liverpool Marina owner and property developer David Beard will outline his vision of “building on the water” on Wednesday at WaterfrontExpo 2008.
He said: “Water in the UK is an unrecognised and under-valued resource which ought to be a new development medium.”
“There is a lot of houseboats in Scandinavia and Holland as individual homes, but we want to give an example of different forms of floating communities. These boats are ideal for lakes, docks or sheltered harbours.”
COMMENT
Floating Communities now?. Can any Merseysider imagine this taking into account the filthy state and condition of the river Mersey. What's left of our beautiful coastline should be preserved not built on. The rats will have a field day with these floating houses and I don't mean the illegal immigrants, asylum seekers or Westminster politicians here either.
We all know that this country is already overpopulated, if you don't know this you need to get out a bit more. There is definitely a trick being played here by the developers along side council authorities as there is only so much building you can do on land. Once this gets started our coastline would resemble something akin to a Bangladeshi shanty town in the rainy or flood season.
The British National Party do not support this floating house scheme madness. This is Great Britain not shanty Britain.

PM Vows Knife Crime Crackdown ....."YEH RIGHT" !!!
The Prime Minister's has called the recent spate of stabbings in the last few days "shocking and tragic".
Gordon Brown has said the Government will announce new measures to the problems on Monday."The dreadful loss of life in just 24 hours graphically illustrates the need for everyone to pull together to put an end to this unacceptable violence," he said.
He spoke out after four people were killed in separate knife attacks in London in 24 hours - a fifth man remains fighting for his life.
COMMENT
If there is one thing that Gordon Brown will be remembered for, then it will be for doing nothing. While the country is falling apart he skips off to Japan of which his main focus of attention is, wait for it, Zimbabwe!!. Even that was a waste of time as Russia and the Chinese voted against any sanctions to be taken on that country. Gordon Brown could not even control a class full of infant children if asked to do so such is the cluelesness of this imbecile Labour Prime Minister. Back to all the knife murdering and butchering in London (four knife murders yesterday). This Monday's "soundbite" announcement will achieve nothing as does everything that Gordon Brown does. In fact the mere fact that he has spoken will only increase the knife problem such is the authority of the man. The BNP are the only party that will tackle this knife problem head on, because we know that it is an "immigrant problem", here is where we need to start. Take that bit of good advice Gordon and you and your crackpot Labour party may do something positive for the country before there is no one left to murder!

Immigration arrests in Liverpool city centre
TWO men were arrested on Merseyside yesterday for sep-arate immigration offences.
In one, officers arrested an Indian man at a market stall in Liverpool city centre on suspicion of overstaying his visa and working illegally.Following the arrest at the Crazy Sports stall, in St John’s Market, the man was placed in custody, pending his removal,
Officers from the UK Border Agency visited an address in Emerson Street, Toxteth, and arrested a Ghanaian man on suspicion of being an illegal entrant. He is also in custody, pending his removal.The two operations were carried out on the basis of intelligence gathered by the Agency’s Liverpool-based enforcement team.

A bit of good news. How long will it take them to be fast tracked to receive a British passport, that's what I would like to know.

Killer fags flood into Liverpool!
CHINESE gangs are flooding Liverpool with cheap killer cigarettes.
Organised gangs are selling illegal cigs loaded with dangerous levels of arsenic, glass fibres and rat droppings.
The cigarettes are being sold in pubs and newsagents throughout the city.
Trading standards said the gangs are setting up cigarette “factories” in terraced houses in the Kensington area.
They are staffed by illegal immigrants who work round the clock .
In many cases up to 25 immigrants will be squeezed into a three-bedroomed terrace.
They are forced to work long hours by gang masters who put pressure on local newsagents to buy their goods – mainly fake Imperial brands and rolling tobacco.

This is disgraceful and just another reason to the ever growing list of reasons why immigration is bad for the UK. So now our people are being killed because of the incompetence of illegal immigrants who are hard to track because of our open borders to immigrants from all around the world. If we stopped all immigration and started deporting illegals and criminal immigrants then finding the illegals wouldnt be such a hard task and many lives will be saved as well as millions of tax payers pounds will be saved.

Seaforth Immigrant Worker Deported
A THIRD illegal immigrant has been deported after being discovered living and working at a dockland company.Port of Liverpool Police and Borders and Immigration Agency officers visited KTC Edibles Ltd, at Seaforth docks, in March.
They discovered 34 people living in office space at the warehouse just off Crosby Road South.A police source said most were Polish or central European.A UK Borders Agency spokeswoman confirmed last night that one Afghan national and two Indian workers had now been removed from the country.
However, KTC general manager Paresh Mehta says his company is not at fault. He said: “No formal charges have been brought to bear and and I am confident KTC (Edibles) Ltd is free from any wrongdoing.”
COMMENT
Forgive me for being a bit cynical but with a name like Paresh Mehta for a general manager I would be pretty confident that this fellow knew exactly what was going on. This is more evidence though of New Labours twenty first century cheap Labour "we're in Europe Britain"...Is it any wonder they are getting a kicking by the voters every where you look.

I cross ocean, poor and broke. Take bus, see employment folk.
Nice man treat me good in there. Say I need to see welfare.
Welfare say, "You come no more,
we send cash right to your door."
Welfare cheques - they make you wealthy!
NHS - it keep you healthy!
By and by, I got plenty money. Thanks to you, British dummy!
Write to friends in motherland. Tell them "come fast as you can."
They come in turbans and Ford trucks. I buy big house with welfare bucks!
They come here, we live together. More welfare cheques, it gets better!
Fourteen families, they moving in, but neighbour's patience wearing thin.
Finally, white guy moves away. Now I buy his house,then I say,
"Find more aliens for house to rent." And in the yard I put a tent.
Everything is very good, and soon we own the neighbourhood.
We have hobby, it's called breeding.
Welfare pay for baby 's feeding.
Kids need dentist? Wife need pills?
We get free! We got no bills!
Britain crazy! They pay all year,
To keep welfare running here.
We think UK darn good place. Too darn good for the white man race!
If they no like us, they can scram.
Got lots of room in Pakistan!

Jacqui Smith calls Chief constables on immigrant crimewave
The week before last we were reading headlines in the Liverpool Echo about crime dropping to its lowest point since 2003 in Merseyside. All this ahem ahem over a three month period July to September 2007 which shows 7,029 fewer crimes than the same time in 2006. To me this report was poppycock for want of a better word.
All of a sudden our kebab munching Home Secretary Jacqui Smith seems so concerned about recent "crimewave comments" from various police chief constables, she has found it necessary to summon 43 of them because of an immigrant crimewave. I am not suggesting that all crime is down to immigrants because its not. What is clear is that an ever increasing percentage of crime also unreported crime is down to immigrants.
Common sense must tell us that over the next five to ten years with a Conservative estimate of another 3.5 million immigrants (5 to 6 million more likely) that life will become intolerable in this country. Neither Labour, the Conservatives, the Lib Dems have the policies or the know how to solve this problem.
The British National Party will close the door to immigrants full stop. More funds and financing can then be diverted to the police to tackle this immigrant crimewave, something Jacqui Smith or the other political parties will not do.
