Liverpool judge attacks UK’s ‘lax’ immigration system

A LIVERPOOL Crown Court judge launched an attack on the Government's immigration system as he jailed a drug minder who was in this country illegally.

Judge Ian Trigger said “hundreds and hundreds of thousands” of illegal immigrants were abusing the “completely lax immigration policy” operated in the UK. He added that this was creating “an enormous strain on resources which are already badly stretched”.

He made the scathing comments as he jailed Jamaican Lucien McClearley, 31, for a total of two years for offences including taking a vehicle without consent, possessing cannabis and cocaine, possessing a Class B drug with intent, and two counts of possessing false identity.

COMMENT

Be Careful what you say judge, otherwise you will be getting a visit from Bernard Hogan Howes thought police as well as being hung out to dry by the Liverpool Echo.

Merseyside police dragging their heels.

I have received letters again through third parties from the Liverpool BNP PO box. Letters requesting updates from the various complaints made to Merseyside Police by BNP members and the lack of correspondence and interest shown by the police in replying to follow up letters sent to the police by the complainants.

As we all know Merseyside police force is one of the most politically correct police forces in the country with one of the most politically correct Chief Constables Bernard Hogan Howe (pictured above) and also Chief puppet for Gordon Brown's Labour Party for policing on Merseyside.

There are three very serious ongoing complaints at the moment with not the slightest hint of progress being made. Two complaints against the fascist Labour Party union sponsored thug that is Wirral's Alec McFadden, pictured below



and a separate very serious racist verbal attack on a BNP member by Huyton's, St. Bartholomew's Labour Party Councillor Tony Cunningham also pictured below, which as I understand it the file concerning this racist verbal tirade has now been forwarded to the Crown Prosecution Service. Such is the confidence and contempt that these Labour councillors have, this racist verbal tirade was blasted at our BNP member whilst Tony Cunningham was standing next to a Huyton police officer!



We will keep updating on these complaints... Oh and the days are long gone when we are going to stay silent on their criminal activity that our political opponents try and bully us with.

Liverppol BNP organiser talks to BBC news Northwest over police BNP sacking

Liverpool BNP organiser Steve Greenhalgh today spoke on BBC News Northwest as regards the disgraceful political sacking of the very fine police officer Steve Bettley.

Steve Greenhalgh as usual was honest open and straight to the point as regards his response and opinion to the shameful sacking of police officer Bettley who was and is a pillar of the community in his area. Lets get one thing straight Steve Bettley served Merseyside police force with integrity, distinction and without prejudice. Bernard Hogan Howe, chief Muppet and puppet of Merseyside Police is an absolute disgrace along with the Black police federation who would have been banging their drums (I cannot say Bongo drums here because of political correction)wanting Bettleys blood and sacking, a mention of the Independent Advisory Group who I hardly think are independent played their part in the sacking.

Merseyside police chief defends use of cautions

MERSEYSIDE’S Chief Constable said the use of cautions in Merseyside is the lowest in the country last night.Bernard Hogan-Howe was talking in response to a the Daily Post report yesterday which revealed cautions had been used for offences including GBH, sexual assault on a male under 13 and burglary in the region.

But Mr Hogan-Howe said the use of cautions was an effective deterrent and reduces reoffending.He said: “The caution rate in Merseyside is relatively low, in fact it is the lowest in the country.

What a crock of crap. I must apologise to the readers about my cheap use of words but obviously Alistair Campbell, Tony Blair's old spin doctor must be in Merseyside Polices employ. Its very simple really, If anyone commits a crime charge them. What is the point of the tax payers on Merseyside paying the extortionate rates of Council tax towards policing costs if the police are simply not up to the job.

Its also being reported today that the Government are offering foreign prisoners £3,000 in bribes to leave the country when their sentence is up, who says that crime doesn't pay. Kick them out with not a single penny paid to them, that's what I say.
