Peter Tierney Liverpool Crown Court Update.. RETRIAL 14th June.

IN THE ALE HOUSE AFTER THE RETRIAL DECISION.

Today was a day filled with drama at the Peter Tierney trial at Liverpool Crown Court. The presiding Judge discharged the Jury in light of new developments and penned in a retrial with a new sitting Judge for June 14th.

Obviously I would like to state what has happened and what these new developments are, but I cannot for fear of prejudicing the coming retrial in June. What I can say is that Liverpool BNP are "very happy indeed" that there is going to be a retrial. Peter Tierney would like to pass his thanks on to all the well wishers who have passed their best wishes to him by posting comments on this site. Many thanks to our friends over on the Green Arrow site also who have supported us every step of the way.

Lets be clear though, this trial from the very outset is politically motivated by this pathetic Labour Party government and it is a pathetic attempt to incriminate an innocent man with a crime HE NEVER COMMITTED!. It is an absolute disgrace.

I am also told that during the morning, serial fantasist and UAF lunatic Alec McFadden who was in an absolute rage over the retrial decision, inside the court, fell over his briefcase and fell flat on his face!!... Upon getting back to his feet he started swearing in all directions under his breath, his face looking redder than a beetroot so I've been told. I would have paid good money to have witnessed that happening!

Peter Tierney has had one day of support at this trial. For the retrial he has requested no further day of support at the Crown Court.The first one cannot be bettered he states and he knows every one's thoughts will be with him, when he hopes to clear his name finally from these false, politically motivated charges.

Many thanks again to Merseyside police over the course of the three day trial for keeping the rabble of the UAF under control. Without their common sense policing approach the UAF Communist lunatics under the orders of their lunatic, deranged Union boss would have kicked off like a pack of wild dogs without a moments hesitation. So Cheers to Merseyside police for that.

Labour Councillor calls his mate to stop the BNP campaigning in his street

Steve Rotheram ex Lord Mayor of Liverpool and sitting Fazakerley Councillor today showed his fascist qualities by phoning the police to stop Liverpool BNP campaigning in his street In Fazakerley for today's By Election. If ever proof was needed about the anti democratic Nazi way the Labour Party operates then this is it.

The Labour Party operate under the guise of legality and honesty but they have been exposed continually as being dishonest and having anti democratic clothing. While they try to do this they try shrouding themselves in respectability protected by a PC Labour Party police force who seem only thirty seconds away when someone like Steve Rotheram phones them. God help someone who was the victim of a real Fazakerley crime when Steve Rotheram called his Police officer friend when Rotheram thought a crime was being committed today!

To coin a phrase from Corporal Jones from the Dad's Army series, "they don't like it up them Mr Mannering"!

Time is running out for the Labour Party and their gang of crooks. We may not win the By Election tonight but we will never be bullied by Labour Party fascists and "they're" friendly boys in blue, who act like subservient lap dogs to the Labour Party crooks and war mongers. Liverpool BNP are going nowhere Rotheram! Get used to it!

BNP street activism in Merseyside then up to Glasgow

Many apologies to readers who are wondering whats been happening to our site over the last ten days. The situation is that Merseyside BNP has been very busy working towards and campaigning for an election that will be happening shortly. More news on this when it is announced officially by the council concerned.

Yesterday Merseyside BNP had the famous BNP truth truck which was put to good use for three hours in South Liverpool. I have the report back from the organiser Peter Squire that people in South Liverpool gave the vehicle and the message on the vehicle a fantastic response.



It was unfortunate that Merseysides traffic and Labour Party police were on the scene within minutes of the Truth Truck arriving and Parking in South Liverpool. Apparently the police wanted to know of the intentions of the driver, where he was going and who with and as to how long he intended to be parked (quite legally)in a public lay-by. Shame the police think its fit to harass motorists instead of catching criminals.

It was handy the Merseyside BNP photographer was around who just managed to catch the end of the Labour Party police admiring the BNP vehicle. They soon shot off after realising they were getting filmed (footage below). If one could only read the thoughts of the male police officer considering the look he gave the camera man on fleeing the scene. Support Peter Tierney

This Monday at 2.30PM a large contingent of Liverpool BNP will be showing their presence and support for Peter Tierney outside St Anne's police station which is a continuation of Great Homer Street, Liverpool.

On April 23rd which was a St Georges day celebration for Liverpool BNP there was a concerted effort and campaign of violence by UAF terrorists against the Liverpool British Nationalist Party democrats. An attack of violence was ordered by the Merseyside trade union leader, witnessed by at least ten of the Liverpool BNP.

What can only best be described as an attack against most of the elderly British National Party OAPs and ladies by the cowardly UAF by the trade union leader must go down in history as one of the most shameful attacks against peaceful, patriotic BNP democrats.

The fact that Peter Tierney was "again" arrested by the Merseyside Labour Party political police is another terrible indictment against this politically correct Merseyside police force.

Claw hammer attacks are an acceptable "side issue" against the British National Party (In Liverpool and elsewhere) and are treated with the minimum of seriousness. If you say boo to these Labour party sponsored UAF terrorists whilst defending ourselves then the full force of the "jackboot" British Police force will descend down on your very person!

We will not and never be intimidated on Merseyside...NEVER!!

Peter Tierney will never be intimidated. Merseyside British National Party will not be intimidated or discouraged from future city centre days of action. The attacks by the UAF, Merseyside Police and its gormless trade union leader will make us stronger in our convictions. Will you never learn!

Alec McFadden update

Yesterday Wednesday 19th November Alec McFadden, President coalition of Merseyside Unions quite deliberately and openly admitted that he was going to be acting illegally with the list of twelve thousand BNP members which he has on his computer.

I have been contacted by numerous people concerned at the complete lack of regard for the law which was displayed by McFadden with these threats made on the Roger Phillips show. In fact many have now taken these complaints to Merseyside police and lodged formal complaints against this Communist, anti British trouble maker who loves to exaggerate with the facts and the truth.

Merely accessing this list of which he states that he will be sending hundreds of other Union members an email to look through it is a criminal act as the list was indeed stolen from the BNP.

Alec McFadden admits he wants to use BNP list against them.

At twenty past one (1.20pm) today Alec McFadden (President for the coalition trade unions) admitted live on air, Radio Merseyside, (the Roger Phillips show) that he is in possession of a list of twelve thousand members of the BNP. He admitted that he will be going through the whole list which is on his computer that he would be finding out who has convictions for anything and be making it known to others, (third parties) no doubt Searchlight, Labour Party hired thugs.

We do not need to remind Alec McFadden that this is illegal and breaking the law, as such we are already contacting Merseyside police as an indirect threat has been made by him against BNP members. Now we hope that radio Merseyside will do the honourable thing and provide Merseyside Police with the transcript recording of the comments to assist them in their enquiries. The comments by McFadden were heard by other members who have contacted me.

Alec McFadden as previously stated on this site is a serial fantasist. He is totally anti British and would like nothing better than for Britain to become a communist state. We hope he assists the police when they come knocking on his door for his criminal comments and threats.
